Right Now Group is seeking a Field Based Sales Manager in the Midlands, focused on care products to improve customers’ daily lives and independence. You will engage with elderly, vulnerable, or disabled customers, conducting product demonstrations and training while managing relationships across B2C and local authorities.

The role involves territory management, dealer networks, and collaboration with partners to grow sales.

Formación

• Experience in B2C sales, ideally within care or demonstration-based roles.
• Ability to build relationships and train end users.
• Willingness to learn about technical products for demos.
• Self-starter capable of independent diary planning and targeting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage own sales territory with targets and planning.
• Maintain and develop dealer networks and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with distribution partner area sales managers on leads.
• Pro-actively promote end-user training and on-site assessments.
• Handle territory administration and timely communications (within 24 hours).
• Produce monthly territory reports and maintain CRM data.
