Job summary

Right Now Recruitment is seeking a Field Based Sales Manager focused on care product ranges in the Midlands. You will engage with elderly or disabled customers, demonstrate equipment to improve quality of life, and work with local authorities, housing associations, and dealers to grow sales.

You will train end users, conduct on-site assessments, and manage a sales network with regular reporting. A field-based, remote role with a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C or B2B field sales, ideally in care or demonstration-based roles.
• Ability to build relationships and manage a sales territory.
• Experience with product demonstrations and on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Manage own sales territory with development and target attainment.
• Develop dealer/network portfolio and promote products within territory.
• Collaborate with distribution partners on lead sharing and business development.
• Promote end-user training and on-site assessments.
• Maintain timely communications and CRM records.
