Get Recruited Ltd in the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across UK & Ireland. The role is remote with extensive travel and focuses on winning new business through OEMs, distributors and other channel partners, while growing strategic accounts.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, manage long B2B cycles, and negotiate profitable agreements. The position offers a base salary up to £60,000 plus car allowance, with remote work and field-based duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Territory Sales or a similar B2B role.
• Proven ability to win new customers and grow market share.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities across the UK & Ireland.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline against revenue targets.
• Develop existing strategic accounts including OEMs and distribution partners.
• Identify routes to market and target accounts.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Operations and the European team.
• Lead targeted sales initiatives and present product/business propositions.
