Qualifications

• 5 years of business development experience in a digital/agency environment.
• Proven record of leading proposals and pitches to C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead pitches and manage proposal teams to win complex projects.
• Build and nurture client relationships to secure long‑term contracts.
• Develop and monitor detailed sales forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with MDs and Strategy Director on opportunities and pitches.
