Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in London (Office-based) to identify, develop, and close new cross-border B2B opportunities. You will report to the Sales Director and work with the cross-border FX team to expand Corpay’s corporate client base.

You will lead complex, high-value pursuits, shape solutions with product and finance teams, and mentor junior sales staff, while maintaining rigorous CRM discipline for forecasting and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or FX brokerages.
• Experience selling FX Forwards and commodities/ options is a plus.
• Proven track record in corporate sales and securing high-value deals.
• Ability to navigate corporate structures to reach decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value sales pursuits with advanced discovery and negotiation.
• Build deep relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders to secure multi-year opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and operations to tailor solutions.
• Act as field expert for competitive positioning and deal risk mitigation.
• Maintain CRM discipline for accurate forecasting and progression.
