Job summary

A leading media and telecommunications company in Carshalton is seeking software developers to release and support Sky Sports products for a global audience. You will participate in the full software lifecycle and contribute to team direction, providing mentoring to peers, engaging in code reviews, and advocating for modern development processes. Responsibilities

• Release and support Sky Sports products into the live environment for a global audience.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, including support and continuous integration.
• Contribute to the technical direction of the team.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers on the team.
• Share and generate new ideas, provide constructive and useful feedback to peers.
• Quickly build prototypes and work with top brains in ML across the industry.
• Actively participate in code reviews within your squad and across the department.
• Work with senior technical staff to advocate and advance modern software development processes.
• Be a part of Sky's software engineering community and actively contribute to development meetings, guilds, and wider Sky initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and peers leading to valuable outcomes.
