Job summary

BDO LLP is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to lead the firm’s L&D function, initially focusing on the Audit stream while expanding to other streams over time. Reporting to the Director of L&D, you will collaborate with central teams to deliver high-quality learning aligned with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, shaping L&D strategy, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a strong learning culture

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in learning & development.
• Strong understanding of Audit and regulatory environments.
• Ability to influence and drive strategic projects.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the L&D function across firm streams.
• Develop and maintain L&D curriculums informed by learning needs analysis.
• Ensure delivery of curriculums on time and to high quality standards.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance in L&D.
• Manage budgeting and financial oversight for L&D activities.
