The Role

We are seeking a mid-senior level Account Executive / Broker to join our Cyber Insurance team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client service, managing complex cyber risk portfolios, and supporting business growth initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving cyber risk landscape and provide tailored insurance solutions. As part of the team, you will:

Client Management
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of cyber insurance clients, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on emerging cyber risks and market trends.
Placement & Negotiation
  • Structure and negotiate cyber insurance programmes with insurers to secure optimal terms for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the placement process.
Business Development
  • Support new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and collaboration with senior colleagues.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within WTW’s broader risk and insurance solutions.
Market Engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with key insurers and underwriters in the cyber insurance market.
  • Stay informed on market developments, pricing trends, and regulatory changes impacting cyber risk.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in cyber insurance or technology risk within a broking or underwriting environment.
  • All-Inclusive negotiation and placement skills with a track record of delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
