Overview

A highly successful mid-sized Architectural practice requires a Senior Architectural Technician with experience in the Residential sector to join their team in Essex.

This award-winning company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects from inception through to completion from small high-end residential developments through to large multi-unit schemes for housing developers. After securing numerous new and exciting project instructions, this practice have a packed pipeline of projects that puts the business in a great position to grow. As such, a highly adept Senior Architectural Technician is required to become an important part of the company's future.

Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, masterplans and bespoke high-end houses. The ideal Architectural Technician will have demonstrable experience of working within the UK Residential sector and be able to work on projects autonomously from day one. Both AutoCAD and Revit are utilised at the practice and so proficiency with these software packages is highly sought after.

Senior Architectural Technician Requirements

• Relevant Architectural qualification desirable
• Demonstrable experience working within UK architecture industry - particularly within the Residential sector
• Outstanding technical ability
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
• Good communication skills are essential
• Full UK Driving License

Salary and Benefits
