Key Responsibilities
  • Lead conservation and creative reuse projects across all RIBA stages
  • Prepare and submit planning and listed building consent applications
  • Deliver technical design packages and oversee construction phases
  • Manage and mentor junior architects within the team
  • Collaborate with heritage consultants, clients, and external partners to achieve project excellence
What They're Looking For
  • ARB Part 3 qualified with experience as a Project Architect in the UK
  • Strong conservation expertise, with accreditation or a clear path toward RIBA/AABC accreditation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS software, with Revit experience highly desirable
