Job summary

Luminate Education Group seeks a Senior Apple Mac Specialist to support Apple devices for Leeds Conservatoire and the wider group. You will manage JAMF Pro and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deploy, configure and secure Apple technology across the organisation.

The role involves supporting music tech applications (Sibelius, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live) to ensure reliable tech for teaching and business operations.

Qualifications

• Level 3 English and Maths is required.
• IT-related qualification or proven IT service experience.
• Strong customer-focused IT support skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, support and maintain Apple devices for teaching and business use.
• Coordinate with Leeds Conservatoire, Luminate and third parties on Apple tech.
• Manage JAMF Pro for device deployment, security and lifecycle.
• Support music tech apps like Sibelius, Pro Tools, Logic Pro and Ableton.
