Bank of America in Belfast seeks a Senior Operations Control Manager to lead the Global AML Operations’ risk, audits, and regulatory exams. You will oversee high-impact controls, coordinate with regulators globally, and drive timely, data-driven reporting to senior leadership.

You will partner with AML teams and internal audit to ensure oversight, manage communication, and implement policy improvements across the organization while advancing regulatory compliance initiatives.

Competenze

• Senior-level experience in audit and exam management within business controls.
• Experience in regulatory space across multiple lines of business.
• Global regulatory exposure, AML experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret new laws and regulatory rules and translate into practical delivery.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for presenting data clearly.

Mansioni

• Interact with regulators globally (local and FRB/OCC).
• Plan and manage all exams and corporate audits across HRD.
• Partner with the AML Audit and Exam team for oversight of programs.
• Coordinate with functional leads to manage communications with regulators and internal Audit Partners.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on status and planning for exams.
• Test processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Operationalize policies and standards.
