Job summary

Bank of America in Belfast is seeking a Senior Operations Control Manager (Vice President) to lead the high‑impact regulatory exams, corporate audits and AML risk controls across Global Banking and Global Markets. The role coordinates with regulators and audit partners to ensure robust oversight and timely delivery of examinations.

You will partner with functional leads, manage communications with Global Regulators, provide regular leadership updates, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Audit and Exam Management at senior level
• Regulatory space across multiple lines of business
• Global Regulatory experience with AML space
• Ability to interpret and apply new laws, rules and regs
• Executive presence and strong communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to present data effectively

Responsibilities

• Interact with regulators globally (local and FRB/OCC).
• Plan and manage all exams and corporate audits across HRD.
• Partner with AML Audit and Exam teams for oversight of programs.
• Collaborate with functional leads on regulator and internal Audit communications.
• Provide regular leadership reporting on status and upcoming exams.
• Test processes to identify improvements and plan changes including controls.
• Operationalize policies and standards.
