Job summary

Bank of America Belfast seeks an experienced Senior Operations Control Specialist to support the Global AML Operations Life Cycle Management group. The role focuses on ECDD processes, DDQ collection, and risk monitoring across GB/GM and global jurisdictions.

You will liaise with AML operations, client teams, and other bank areas to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality KYC documentation. The position emphasizes attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to gather, prepare and present findings with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended support within ECDD-related systems and AML tooling.
• Collect DDQ for High Risk Client Types/Products and support due diligence.
• Act as liaison between AML operations, client teams and bank areas.
