Job summary

Bank of America in Belfast is seeking an Sr. Ops Control Specialist for the Life Cycle Management ECDD team to drive consistency and process adherence across GAO.

You will support AML systems, collect DDQs, and monitor high-risk client types while collaborating with client teams and AML Operations to ensure compliance and efficient risk management. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ample analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Research analysis with the ability to gather, prepare and present findings with business partners.
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and multi-layered environment.
• Intermediate level in MS tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (a plus).
• Ample written & oral communication and presentation skills; able to target messaging to different audiences; provide consolidated data in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in high volume production operational environment.
• Attention to detail & ample organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize daily work to meet deadlines and goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing extended support within AWARE and other ECDD-related systems.
• Performing High Risk Client Types/Products Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) collection.
• Understanding, and anticipating inherent risks to the business.
