Job summary

Bank of America in Belfast is expanding with roles in Global AML Operations (GAO) and the High-Risk Detection Group to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance. The role leads concurrent audits and regulatory exams across HRD, coordinating with global regulators and internal audit partners.

You will shape communication strategies, oversee examination planning, and report progress to senior leadership, applying controls and standardized processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audit/exam programs at senior levels.
• Strong regulatory experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with regulators globally (local and FRB/OCC).
• Plan and manage all exams and corporate audits across HRD.
• Partner with AML Audit and Exam team for oversight of programs.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on status and planning.
• Test and operationalize policies and controls to drive improvements.
