Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review client and party screening for compliance with laws and policies.
• Manage complex client types and conduct enhanced due diligence.
• Act as escalation point for high‑risk cases with research and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and workflow coordination.
• Coach team and provide timely feedback to maintain quality.
• Monitor case volumes, aging, quality results and trends.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
• Assist audits, testing and QA activities with governance protocols.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Promote risk culture and effective execution of controls.
