Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the alternative provision, ensuring high standards of practice and student support.
• Develop and support staff through effective leadership, coaching, and professional development.
• Promote positive behaviour strategies and support students with SEMH needs.
• Work with parents, carers, schools, and external professionals to create tailored support plans.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement, ensuring interventions are impactful.
• Produce clear, accurate reports and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times and promote safety and wellbeing.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the strategic development of the provision.
