Job summary

BigPanda seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This remote role based in the United Kingdom leads enterprise delivery engagements, guiding AI Ops projects from design through deployment and adoption.

You’ll help customers modernise incident management and operations with hands‑on architecture and strategic advisory. You’ll work with strategic clients, influencing technical teams and senior stakeholders, and collaborate across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting or professional services.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding and technical documentation skills across multi‑platform environments.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted tooling in delivery work (development, data analysis, documentation).
• High-energy, self‑motivated, and able to own projects end to end.
• Experience with strategic clients, mitigating risk and creating solutions.
• Experience with technical project delivery—managing scope, timelines and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Python or Node.js; familiarity with AWS ecosystem is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realisation.
• Guide strategic customers as they implement AI Ops projects, end‑to‑end design and deployment.
• Consult on AI Ops engagements to drive customer understanding and adoption of BigPanda.
• Provide escalated support for complex operational and architectural issues.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product and R&D.
• Advise on AI readiness and demonstrate outcomes through data.
• Contribute to the Professional Services Practice and share knowledge with teammates.
