Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This high-impact, customer-facing role focuses on helping strategic enterprise customers design, implement, and realise long-term value from the BigPanda platform.

You’ll guide customers through complex AIOps initiatives, modernising incident management and service operations, while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping transformation roadmaps for production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.
• Track record leading complex enterprise implementations across multi-stakeholder groups.
• Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments.
• Comfortable writing Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Strong consultative communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring teams and developing reusable assets or processes.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, with a get-it-done attitude and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple customer implementations from kickoff to go-live ensuring value and alignment.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives shaping operating models and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and R&D; contribute to delivery methodology.

About The Role

BigPanda is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role - focused on helping strategic enterprise customers design, implement, and realise long-term value from the BigPanda platform.

You’ll serve as a senior technical advisor and hands‑on architect, guiding customers through complex AIOps initiatives and helping them modernise incident management and service operations.

We’re looking for someone with deep enterprise delivery experience, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence both technical teams and senior stakeholders. You’ll partner with some of BigPanda’s most important customers to deliver production‑grade solutions, shape transformation roadmaps, and build the practices that help them improve operational resilience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer engagements - from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realisation

• Act as a trusted senior advisor to executive stakeholders - shaping operating-model decisions and securing sponsorship for change
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, and R&D
• Contribute to BigPanda’s best practices framework and support continuous improvement of our delivery methodology

Requirements
