Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with full stack experience.
• Hands-on design, build and orchestration of AI agents.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with stakeholders across different business functions to identify opportunities for AI implementation
• Develop and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, integrating solutions with existing enterprise systems
• Support the development of shared AI platforms, model routing and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production ready AI applications
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend AI driven improvements
• Maintain and enhance existing AI applications and automation solutions
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to drive AI adoption across the organisation
