Advancing Analytics is a market leader delivering bleeding-edge analytical solutions. You will lead enterprise-scale AI consulting engagements, architect end-to-end ML/GenAI solutions, and guide teams through production deployment with governance and risk controls.

Based in the UK, you will work remotely with occasional customer visits, shaping AI strategy for some of the world’s largest organisations. Strong consulting and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent depth of industry experience delivering complex, production-grade AI systems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI consulting engagements with end-to-end delivery accountability.
• Expertise designing production-grade ML/GenAI solutions (RAG and agentic AI patterns).
• Experience designing LLM-based systems with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to design AI agent architectures with tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Strong LLMOps/MLOps knowledge including CI/CD for AI workflows and reliable production operations.
• Deep Databricks knowledge (Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI, Model Serving, etc.).
• Proficiency in production-quality Python and setting engineering standards.
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and delivery risk including responsible AI and auditability.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

• Lead enterprise AI consulting engagements with technical leadership and delivery accountability.
• Design and review production-grade ML/GenAI solutions and ensure governance and risk controls.
• Mentor senior consultants and engineers on AI architectures and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to align AI solutions with enterprise security and governance requirements.
