Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This high-impact, customer-facing role focuses on helping strategic enterprise customers design, implement, and realise long-term value from the BigPanda platform.

You’ll guide customers through complex AIOps initiatives, modernising incident management and service operations, while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping transformation roadmaps for production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.
• Track record leading complex enterprise implementations across multi-stakeholder groups.
• Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments.
• Comfortable writing Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Strong consultative communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring teams and developing reusable assets or processes.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, with a get-it-done attitude and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer engagements—from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realisation.
• Architect end-to-end BigPanda solutions across workflows, data design, and production go-lives.
• Define technical roadmaps and transformation priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for architecture decisions, risks, and requirements.
• Build playbooks, best practices, and patterns; mentor other Solutions Architects.
• Drive multiple customer implementations from kickoff to go-live ensuring value and alignment.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives shaping operating models and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and R&D; contribute to delivery methodology.
