Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Search Solutions Architect to design and deploy innovative AI‑powered search solutions. You will drive architectural decisions, leverage RAG and vector search, and create high‑impact POCs while collaborating with engineers, data scientists and executives.

You will evangelize Elastic's vision, share knowledge, and stay at the forefront of AI, semantic search and related technologies across a distributed global team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise‑level search solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI and semantic search technologies, including RAG and NLP.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem and LangChain.
• Solid knowledge of ELSER architecture and related models.
• Experience with vector databases and data storage solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborative spirit and passion for knowledge sharing.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of tech trends.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect next‑generation search solutions using Elastic AI, semantic search, and vector search.
• Harness ELSER to improve accuracy and efficiency of data retrieval.
• Implement vector search algorithms and create high‑dimensional representations.
• Deliver compelling POC projects showcasing AI and search advances.
• Evangelize Elastic vision through talks, blogs, and internal channels.
• Foster collaboration across Solutions Architecture and other teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and industry experts.
• Continually learn about evolving AI, semantic search and related tech.
