Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Solutions Architect (SA) in the United Kingdom. You will be the technical authority for the sales team and customers, solving business issues with the Elastic Stack and engaging the regional Elastic community.

You will own value-based relationships, guide technical wins, and collaborate across teams to demonstrate the impact of Elastic products and services in sales meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical presales roles.
• Experience with AI enterprise search, observability or cybersecurity.
• Experience in security solutions is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Develop and maintain value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Lead territory planning from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership.
