Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect in the United Kingdom to act as a technical authority for our sales team and customers. You will solve business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community, and continuously improve yourself and the team through learning.

You will work across planning, discovery, and technical win phases, driving value-based conversations, and enabling partners while traveling up to 30% regionally and occasionally

Qualifications

• Track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Experience in AI enterprise search, observability or cybersecurity.
• Experience with security solutions is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with large or mid-size organisations.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organisations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate value of Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners and support them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to leadership and engineering teams.
• Develop sales and technical skills through continuous learning.
