Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect for the United Kingdom. You will be the technical authority to our sales team, customers, partners and community, solving business issues with the Elastic Stack and driving value through engagements and events.

In this role, you will own client relationships, guide discovery and technical wins, and help customers realize the benefits of our platforms in meetings and at meetups.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency with AI enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to articulate value and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic meets them.
• Develop and maintain value-based relationships across organisations.
• Drive the territory from discovery to technical win.
