Qualifications

• Eight years in technical, business-facing engineering roles, with leadership experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with hands-on delivery.
• Production experience with large language models and data pipelines.
• Ability to own technical roadmaps and influence architecture.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage Forward Deployed Engineers as the team grows.
• Own deliverables, standards, and delivery timelines.
• Bridge with AI Technology leadership and business stakeholders.
• Design and review architecture for secure, scalable solutions.
