The role demands deep technical insight, strategic foresight, and a growth‑oriented leadership style. You will report to the CEO, partner with innovation and technology teams, and oversee governance, risk, and data practices to advance transformation while delivering

Competenze

• Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of AI strategy and transformation experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in AI-driven R&D and product development.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of software, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
