Job summary

Globalwebindex is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer in London. You will lead end-to-end deployments of our agentic AI platform for strategic accounts, owning production code and technical outcomes.

This is a high-autonomy role blending engineering, architecture, and GTM collaboration. You will travel 30–50% across the UK and Europe, embedding with tier-1 customers, driving proof-of-concept builds, and shaping deployment playbooks for scale.

Qualifications

• Significant software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience deploying AI or data-heavy products in large organisations.
• Strong back-end or full-stack fundamentals with Python, APIs, SQL, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Tier 1 enterprise accounts and own end-to-end deployments of the AI platform.
• Lead AI agents into production in complex environments (legacy systems, security, compliance).
• Partner with Enterprise AEs in late-stage sales cycles and assess technical readiness to de-risk closes.
• Surface patterns from the field and feed back to product/engineering for roadmap.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks, success metrics, and mentor mid-level FDEs.
