Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer in London to lead end-to-end AI deployments across business divisions. You will own discovery, design, build and production rollout, collaborating with domain teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

You will architect and deploy AI applications powered by large language models, write production-grade code, and contribute to TP ICAP’s shared AI service platform.

Qualifications

• Essential expertise in Generative AI, ML and large language models.
• Experience with prompt engineering, agent development and evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python AI/ML frameworks; ability to write production-grade code.
• Track record architecting scalable, production-ready solutions moving from prototype to production.
• Experience delivering AI in Agile environments and communicating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI deployments within your assigned business division.
• Lead discovery, technical scoping, system design, build and production rollout.
• Ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned to business outcomes.
• Embed with stakeholders to translate domain requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect, build and deploy AI applications powered by LLMs and generative AI.
• Write and review production-grade frontend and backend code.
• Co-develop TP ICAP’s shared AI service platform with central Lab.
• Measure production usage and business impact to drive adoption.
