Qualifikationen

• Eight years in technical, business-facing engineering roles with seniority.
• Experience leading engineers as line manager or tech lead.
• Strong Python and SQL with production-grade delivery experience.
• Production work with LLMs, agent development, and evaluation.
• Data pipelines from APIs and enterprise systems; cloud familiarity (Azure).
• Ability to own a technical roadmap and defend technology choices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing without direct authority.
• Willingness to move from building to leading as the team grows.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team: hiring, onboarding, objectives and performance.
• Own deliverables, standards, and timelines for the team.
• Allocate resources across demand and set priorities.
• Maintain engineering bar via design/code reviews and mentorship.
• Report progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
