Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required; experience evaluated on core role proficiencies.
• 10+ years IT industry experience in pre-sales or implementation of CRM or high-value business solutions.
• Strong enterprise-architecture grasp: cloud, APIs, data, security, integration patterns.
• Proven ability to engage at C-level with business and tech audiences.
• Excellent communication: concise, structured, audience-aware.
• Working understanding of AI in enterprise contexts: LLMs, agentic workflows, AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery across UK Public Sector accounts, running workshops and structured problem-solving.
• Partner with Sales to co-pilot deals, balancing commercial instinct with technical depth.
• Shape and deliver solution strategies connecting multi-product Salesforce platforms to government priorities.
• Build and demonstrate demos, rapid prototypes, or proof-of-concept artifacts.
• Develop AI/data viewpoints relevant to Public Sector policies and governance.
