Sierra is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to design and deliver enablement programs for our European sales and sales engineering teams. You’ll support onboarding cohorts, use AI to create content, and coach sellers in how to verify AI outputs while handling customer data under GDPR.

You’ll localize global plays for EMEA, track adoption and impact, and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to scale best practices across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sales enablement at a B2B software company.
• Experience adapting centrally built programs for a regional audience.
• Evidence of leadership: prior people management or leading projects and mentoring others.
• Credibility with senior sales leaders and experienced sellers and SEs, and a strong facilitator.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work.
• Comfortable working independently with a team several hours behind you.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and deliver enablement programs for European sales and sales engineering teams, including onboarding cohorts.
• Use AI tools to create content, run AI-driven role-play and coaching, and give sellers self-serve answers.
• Own training on tools used by EMEA sellers and SEs for account research, call prep, recaps, pipeline updates, and drafting outreach.
• Teach sellers to verify AI output and handle customer data under GDPR and EU AI Act.
• Create playbooks and programs, track adoption and impact, and report results to EMEA and global sales leadership; turn best practices into prompts, playbooks, and workflows.
• Localize and launch global plays in EMEA, collect field feedback for the global Programs Lead, and support regional launches with Sales Leadership and Marketing.
