Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager in the Global Growth team to drive capacity, capability and confidence across frontline sellers globally. You will work across initiatives and partner with sales leaders and commercial teams to enable selling in the right markets with the right tools.

You will embed data-driven decision making and AI-enabled selling practices, shaping how opportunities are prioritized and how Salesforce processes are evolved to improve outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end sales lifecycle.
• Proven use of data and AI to drive outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Salesforce experience and MS 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global and regional sales leaders to identify friction points and capacity constraints across the seller journey.
• Design and deliver enablement initiatives, tools, playbooks and resources that improve seller effectiveness.
• Support account development, opportunity shaping, net new business development, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Enhance seller effectiveness in RFP responses, proposal development and conversion activities.
• Translate complex information into practical actions and guidance for frontline sellers.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working through communications, coaching and embedded enablement solutions.
