Job summary

Amber is looking for a Senior Content Creator to join the UK-based performance marketing team. You will conceive, produce and test static and video ads for Meta and Google, working closely with a partner marketing team and Amber's Australian studio.

You’ll translate performance data into new creative ideas and push production workflows with AI-assisted processes. You should bring hands-on experience across video and static formats, strong taste, and comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• Portfolio of ads with results; 5+ years for seniority preferred.
• Hands-on across video and static—shoot, edit, motion, design.
• Fluent with AI video and image generation and keen on tool evolution.
• Self-sufficient production from idea to live asset.
• Data-driven mindset; ability to read ads performance data.

Responsibilities

• Concept, create and iterate static and video ads for Meta and Google at pace (8–12 concepts monthly; 30–50 total assets).
• Own end-to-end production: concept, script, production, edit and delivery.
• Use AI-assisted and traditional production workflows and push them further.
• Interpret performance data to form new creative hypotheses and roadmap tests.
• Collaborate with partner marketing teams and Amber's Australia studio; align with brand and regulatory needs.
• Build templates and modular assets to scale while maintaining taste and speed.
