LTF DESIGN & MARKETING LTD is seeking an AI-forward Google Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage campaigns across Google's ecosystem for the UK market. This remote role collaborates with our in-house Meta Ads specialist to align across channels and drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Google advertising, strong GA4 analytics, and proficiency with AI-driven formats like Performance Max and Demand Gen.

Qualifications

• Live in UK or UAE with right to work; no sponsorship.
• Minimum 3 years of proven Google advertising experience in the UK market.
• Proficient with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and GTM.
• Experience with AI-driven campaign types (Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Gen).
• Strong SEO understanding and integration with paid search.
• Data-driven with GA4 analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Google ads campaigns aligned with UK market objectives.
• Manage Performance Max, AI Max, and Demand Gen campaigns and optimise Gemini-powered formats.
• Conduct thorough audience research to target UK clinic/aesthetics and B2B buyers.
• Allocate and optimise budgets for lead quality and CPL.
• Perform in-depth keyword research for paid and organic search.
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics using GA4/Google Analytics and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales and Meta Ads teams to ensure alignment.
