Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to guide agile delivery across government projects in the United Kingdom. You will lead one or two workstreams, shape delivery plans, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time outcomes.

You will build strong client relationships, coach teams, and contribute to the delivery management community through mentoring and coaching initiatives. Flexible/remote working options are available.

Qualifications

• Breadth of experience in agile frameworks across project lifecycles.
• Strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, with EI skills.
• Excellent listening and written communication; ability to facilitate.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery in one or two workstreams, adapting agile approaches.
• Ensure execution with proactive planning, risks, and issue mitigation.
• Act as client point of contact, translating needs into delivery plans.
• Improve team culture, performance and health, coaching others.
• Contribute to the delivery management community of practice.
