Version 1 is seeking experienced Delivery Managers to lead agile delivery on government projects. You will guide teams through planning, execution and risk management while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Agile expertise across frameworks and method
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery in one or two workstreams using agile delivery practices.
• Ensure successful project execution with proactive planning and risk management.
• Act as primary client contact, translating needs into feasible delivery plans.
• Enhance team culture, performance and health while improving ways of working.
• Contribute to building the delivery community of practice and coach peers.
