Job summary

Version 1 is seeking experienced Delivery Managers to guide agile delivery on government projects across the UK. You’ll apply pragmatic agile practices to lead one or two workstreams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while coaching teams.

You will build strong client relationships, translate needs into actionable delivery plans and contribute to the delivery management community through mentoring and coaching. Flexible/remote working options are available.

Qualifications

• Breadth of experience in agile frameworks and methods across project lifecycles.
• Ability to tailor agile approaches to client needs and team contexts.
• Strong relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering government or public-sector projects is desirable.
