Job summary

Version 1 is seeking experienced Delivery Managers to guide agile delivery across government projects. You will lead one or two workstreams, shaping delivery plans, managing risks, and building lasting client relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Breadth of experience in agile frameworks across project lifecycle
• Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong listening and written/verbal communication; with difficult conversations
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time
• Servant leadership to motivate diverse teams and sustain healthy culture
• Knowledge of contract frameworks and managing project budgets/risks
• Adapt delivery approaches to different client contexts and teams

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery in one or two workstreams using agile methods, adapting to team and client needs
• Ensure timely delivery through proactive planning, risk management, and issue mitigation
• Build strong client relationships and translate needs into actionable delivery plans
• Improve team culture, performance, and health, and coach others to raise performance
• Contribute to the delivery management community of practice and mentor peers
