Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, business, humanities, or engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in Agile Delivery or Programme Management.
• You have breadth of experience in agile frameworks and methods across project lifecycle.
• You can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• You can adapt your delivery management approach to different client contexts.

Responsibilities

• Embed a product-centric, agile delivery culture to drive mission.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Design and embed Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource planning, risks, and roadmap coordination.
• Support product and technology leads in managing demand and delivery.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and delivery assurance meetings.
• Lead delivery in time, budget, and quality with stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee project scope, RAID, governance, and risk management.
