Version 1 is seeking a Delivery Manager to embed an agile, product-centric delivery culture and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value products. You will coordinate stakeholders, design delivery processes, and ensure delivery aligns with roadmap timelines while continuously improving ways of working.

The role requires experience across agile frameworks, strong communication, and ability to manage dispersed teams in a flexible/remote UK work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Agile Delivery or Programme Management experience is preferred.
• Breadth of experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and applying them across project lifecycles.
• Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations.
• Experience leading agile delivery in product-centric teams through discovery, alpha and beta phases.

• Embed a product-centric, agile delivery culture to drive our mission.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Design and embed Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Establish delivery management processes including roadmap and release coordination.
• Manage resource planning, risks, and dependencies.
• Engage with product and technology leads on demand and delivery.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and timely delivery within budget and quality.
