Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Gravesend is seeking a Senior Aftersales Advisor for our Ford dealership. You’ll use your standout customer service skills to keep customers informed about their vehicle servicing and to advise on any questions or queries they may have.

The role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays, offering a £30,000–£33,000 basic salary and a path to progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Great attention to detail.
• A background in customer service would be highly advantageous.
• Experience using computer software systems.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Gravesend. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.

As an Aftersales Advisor you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

• Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done

• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly

• Booking vehicles into the workshop

• Achieving set performance targets by upselling products

• Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday & 1 in 4 Saturday’s, £30,000 to £33,000 basic salary reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Do I need experience?

No! Whilst we welcome applications from those with a background in an automotive aftersales/service advisor role, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us.
