Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Swindon is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead the Ford dealership's service department. The role focuses on profitability and customer satisfaction within a busy, fast-paced environment, with a base salary of £45,000 and an OTE of £60,000 plus a company vehicle.

You will report to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in developing the team, driving workshop efficiency and delivering excellent customer service.

Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford dealership in Swindon. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE OF £60,000 and a company provided vehicle. This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:

• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• An ability to overcome customer issues
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous
