Corpay in Swindon is seeking a Senior Account Manager to nurture and grow a mid-market portfolio in the Fuel and Fleet Payments division. You will own day-to-day engagement, resolve issues promptly, and align Corpay solutions to customer needs to drive value.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences, monitor retention, and pursue opportunities for upsell and product adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Senior Customer Success, or client-facing commercial sales role.
• Track record of managing a portfolio of customers and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management (onboarding, growth, renewal, recovery).
• Experience using CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a mid-market portfolio of customers to deliver strong commercial performance.
• Own day-to-day engagement, resolve issues, and act as the primary point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and increase product adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless experiences.
• Track retention and recovery activities and report on outcomes.
