Job summary

Corpay in Swindon, UK is seeking an experienced Events Manager for the UK Vehicle Payments portfolio. You will own end-to-end event delivery, manage budgets, coordinate with partners and stakeholders, and drive major events such as the UK Vehicle Payments Summit.

You will report to the VP Marketing UKVP and collaborate with marketing, logistics, clients and partners to maximise ROI and ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in event management in a B2B/corporate marketing environment.
• Proven experience managing event budgets and supplier costs.
• Strong operational delivery across conferences, trade shows and hosted events.
• Experience liaising with customers, partners, suppliers and event organisers.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event logistics and delivery for UK Vehicle Payments events.
• Lead logistics for the UK Vehicle Payments Summit and other major events (Fleet, AFP Conference, BVRLA Fleets in Charge).
• Develop and maintain the UK Vehicle Payments events calendar aligned to marketing objectives.
• Manage budgets, quotes, cost comparisons and PO/invoice processes.
• Coordinate merchandise, branding, collateral, stands and event materials.
• Provide event support for corporate and partner-led activity and liaise with external partners.
