Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. in Swindon is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Allstar Business Solutions division. You will drive new business, prospect and onboard clients from our Swindon office, working a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule.

The role includes training and workspace provision to succeed in a high-performing team. Responsibilities include outbound calls, needs-based product recommendations, closing deals, and maintaining CRM records while collaborating with the team to hit monthly

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with good time management.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to potential customers to introduce our suite of products including Fuel Card Services, EV charging solutions, Corporate Parking and Corporate Payments.
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Delivering persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Closing sales deals and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
• Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.
