Job Summary:

Real Chemistry seeks a Senior Account Associate to join our team. You will focus on managing day-to-day projects and client relationships, handling small to medium projects from start to finish, and gaining experience in managing others and delegating tasks.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, prioritize, and manage your accounts, seeking guidance when needed; highlight risks to project delivery.
• Manage administrative tasks like meetings, reports, agendas, and call notes with minimal oversight.
• Monitor project progress across accounts and communicate updates and solutions promptly.
• Deliver small to medium projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal and external resources.
• Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members for their development and project success.
• Understand client needs and preferences, building strong relationships.
• Lead client calls and meetings, providing recommendations and insights.
• Improve writing skills through research, drafting, and content accuracy.
• Proficiently manage assets via VVPM system.

Team management:

• Communicate project objectives clearly internally and externally.
• Develop coaching, delegation, and briefing skills; mentor junior members.
• Understand financial processes; support budget drafting and approvals.
• Accurately complete timesheets and expense reports; review team submissions.
• Engage with developments in medical communications and pharma industries to stay informed and innovative.
