Responsibilities
●Develop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers and more.
● Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
● Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
●Analyze campaigns and inform the team with your insights.
●Work with creative teams, internal and and external, to ideate and create top performing ads.
Requirements
●5 years experience in user acquisition in the mobile games industry.
●You LOVE hands-on work - this is an active role.
●Campaign management experience in self-served platforms.
●Significant budget management and experience working with top channels: Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.
●Data proficiency - ability to understand, and act upon attribution and performance data.
●Fluent English, both written and verbal.
●Positive personality, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

●Significant experience with influencer marketing on TikTok.
